UPSC IAS Civil Services Admit Card 2016 – Admit card of UPSC IAS Civil Services 2016 Main Exam and Preliminary Examination is issued at upsc.gov.in. Candidates who have submitted the online application form along with requisite fees for the Civil Services Examination being conducted by the Union Public Service Commission, have been issued the prelims admit card. What To Do If UPSC Admit Card 2016 Is Not Issued?

If a candidate cannot download his UPSC e-Admission Certificate for the examination, he / she should at once contact the Commission. Information in this regard can also be obtained from the Facilitation Counter located in the Commission’s Office either in person or over phone.
All communications to UPSC should contain the following details.
  • Name and year of exam
  • Registration ID (RID)
  • Roll number (if received)
  • Name of candidate (in full and in block letters)
  • Complete postal address as given in the application.
Candidates should also note down their RID number for future reference. They may be required to indicate the same in connection with their candidature for the Civil Services (Main) Examination.
